Spooky old house

I have been watching this old house in Terrebonne, OR for a little while now, but never have time to stop for a photo..or there is too much traffic..or something. Anyway, my girlfriend Magi and her daughter went hiking with me over at Smith Rock yesterday and on the way back I decided I just couldn't pass up a photo op that included a spooky old house AND horses!! More Senior Portraits

Here are some new pictures from yesterday. We went for a long drive, from Redmond, OR to Post, OR and finished up Chandler's Senior Portraits as well as taking some more fun scenery pictures. Don't forget, now is a good time to set up an appointment to have your child's senior pictures, as well as family pictures taken for gifts and memories.

I apologize that it has been so long since the last post....life....My Mother passed away on October 15 and for awhile that was a very all consuming grief and posting pictures was not in my thoughts. Now we are getting ready to move to Central Oregon, so packing and cleaning and trying to work. Also my son had another surgery on his leg, so have been home with him while he recuperates. I am looking forward to this next step in our lives and finding new friends and people who want to share in my photographic journey..as well as reconnecting with old friends and loved ones...keep posted. Here are some pictures of the mountains and desert....

Hunting Trip

Hi All, Its been awhile since I posted and I apologize for not keeping up. This last weekend we headed out to Mitchell Oregon for our annual hunting trip..didn't shoot any deer, but was able to shoot some great photos of the still wild west in our beautiful state.

We took a quick afternoon drive up through Cherry Creek Ranch, where you are not allowed to leave the road ( I just stopped right in the road and took my pictures) and saw the old Horse Heaven Mining Camp. I got some great shots of the outbuildings. We couldn't go walk around without trespassing, and there are too many rattlesnakes anyway, so I took all my pictures from the road. What a great day.

Marsh

Took a fun little side trip out through the forest today so the guys could do some practice shooting. On the way back, we drove through South Beaver Creek, and the fog was just sitting on the marsh. It looked pretty cool, so I thought I would try to capture it.

Camping Trip Images

What a wonderful weekend. The weather at Crescent Lake was fantastic. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, laying around in the sun, and taking lots of fantastic photos. The stars seemed so close and so many that it felt like you could reach right up and pick one out of the sky. My friend and I had a wonderful hike down the trail at Salt Creek Falls...and back up of course. Please enjoy the pictures.
